Lazy deadlifting

This morning, I woke up late and with all my muscles sore. It’s one of those days that you just know you need to take a well deserved rest.

Anyways, somehow I still ended up in the gym although I couldn’t really find it in me to push myself as hard as I should have.

6×4 Deadlifts
5×12-15 Dumbbell Swings

On the deadlifts, I wanted to lift more than the last time, so I used 134,134,130,130,125,125. Mostly dropped the weights when the grip started failing.

I’m happy that I found it in me to bring myself to the gym. I noticed that it has been quite some time since I’ve done abs and biceps and calves. Don’t want to leave these behind, so I might just use my rest day tomorrow to catch up with them.
