Bench presses day! Blogging the workouts proved useful, as I had completely forgotten that I got to 105 last time (that’s how smart I am). The workout today:
6×4 Bench presses
5×8-10 Inclined dumbbell presses
4×10 Triceps pushdown
Used 105 on the bench presses for all 6 series. Next time I’ll try to do the first few series at 109 and 110. On the inclined dumbbell presses used 27.5 and 32.5.
