Still on my quest on improving my strength. Today was a bench press day. Did 4 exercises:
5×4 Bench Press
5×8-10 Dumbbell Inclined Bench Press
I ended up doing 6-7 sets of bench presses until I find a proper weight. Finally ended up with 5×4 at 105 kg. For the rest incline dumbbell press I used 32-35kg dumbbells.
Kind of messed this up as I was supposed to do squats. Anyway, I guess the squatting will be tomorrow. I also had planned to do some triceps work, but skipped it, because the exercises already took too much time.
In order to get back on the 3-1-2-1 split, I’d do squats tomorrow, rest the next day, then military press, deadlift and rest again.
